The Art & Power of Pandiculation

Series of 5 classes: $100 or $25 per class

Somatics is a practice focused on gentle movement that teaches you to sense your body’s needs and relieve pain and stiffness. Pandiculation is a conscious contraction, followed by a slow release and then a pause to allow the brain to register muscle relaxation and length.

Small, friendly classes: 5 people maximum

“Yoga-ish” Classes

Online: MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS 9AM - 10:15AM

I call this class organic yoga because it is based on sound, tried and true principles of alignment, breath and attention to sensation. I blend the asanas of Yoga with elements of Modern Dance, Pilates and somatic movement. The focus is on posture, relaxation and stress relief. My approach to yoga is influenced by the Kripalu and Vini Yoga styles.

Private Classes

I offer private somatics classes where I will teach you how to use the wisdom of somatics to develop a daily movement practice. This practice will connect you to your body, increase your confidence and help to keep you moving by relieving chronic muscle pain and tension.

This safe and gentle movement-based approach will empower you to take care of your own body day to day.
