What to expect:

Mar de Jade grows most of their own fruit and vegetables organically.  There are options for vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, gluten free, or other needs. The food and the chefs are amazing!

• * Extras! For those who wish to pay a little extra there is a specialty coffee bar in the morning for espresso, cappuccino, etc. and/or an evening bar with wine, beer, and cocktails.

Cost of the Retreat:

Retreat Costs are broken down into three categories:

1. Movement Program - paid directly to Life Dances (Martha or Roberta)

2. Flights and Transportation - booked and paid for individually, by you, the participant. 

3. Accommodation and meals - paid directly to Mar de Jade Retreat Centre

Movement Program Fee:

*Early Bird Fees Before May 1st 2026:

$625 CAD for Returning participants; $675 CAD for new participants

*Fees After May 1, 2026 - $ 725 CAD

Refunds - Guests will be entitled to a full refund of the Program Fee minus a $150 per person administrative cancellation fee with notice at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. With less than 59 days from arrival there are no refunds.

Flights & Transportation

Flights are booked and paid for individually, by you, the participant.  A direct flight to Puerta Vallarta is best - early morning departure on November 21st. You must arrive at the airport by 3 PM to meet the shuttle to the retreat.  You will need to send your flight times to the office of Mar de Jade office to be picked up and returned to the airport.  Fees apply.  

Accommodation & Payment

Room options include:  Single, Double, Groups of 3 or 4.  Some rooms have an ocean view, a garden view, or jungle view. You can explore these options on the Mar de Jade website here

We suggest calling Mar de Jade directly to discuss your room choice.   Contact us if you’re looking for a roommate and we'll do our best to match you with someone. Prices range from $1300 - $2700 USD.   Paid directly to Mar de Jade.

  Registration will stay open beyond that date until we are full. Remember that single rooms are limited.  Double rooms are spacious for 2 people.

* Important Mar de Jade booking information:

REFUND: Guests will be entitled to a full refund minus a $250 per person administrative cancellation fee with notice at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. With less than 59 days from arrival guests will receive a credit for their deposit.

CREDIT: Guests will have the option of using their full deposit, with no cancellation fees, towards another reservation at Mar de Jade within 18 months of the cancellation date if they cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival. No monetary refund will be given once the option of keeping the credit has been chosen.

SHARED ROOMS: Room rates are based on occupancy. If a guest cancels their spot in a shared room, any credits will first be applied to cover the rate difference for the remaining occupant before any refund or credit is issued.

No credit with cancellation less than two weeks prior to arrival. Mar de Jade prices are listed in U.S. dollars.  All clients must assume the risk inherent in travel.
